We're now looking for a Night Shift Transport Clerk to support the safe, legal and efficient operations of transport.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Briefing and de-briefing drivers
* Supporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
* Ensuring drivers are legal and compliant at the shift starts and understanding tachographs are downloaded
* Preparation & reconciliation of delivery paperwork, POD's etc.
* Defect reporting and call outs, updating systems and essential data for KPI tracking by the business.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience in a transport operation would be advantageous
* Have excellent communication skills
* An ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
* Have knowledge of working time legislation and tacho law
