Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Wrexham to find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. The business is a well‑known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training.
Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. You will also be involved in sales of Service Plans and other services.
Requirements
* At least 1 year’s experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
* Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
* Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am-5/6pm. No Saturday work.
