RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver expert services: haircutting, blowdrying, glossing, colour, blonding, balayage
* Offer warm, calm, and structured experiences to our clients
* Take ownership of your space, your tools and your time – we trust you
* Collaborate with your team with emotional intelligence, focus and care
* Grow with us – we'll open the door to advanced training, creative freedom, and future leadership
WHO YOU ARE
You are either:
* Senior: 4+ years of serious salon experience, confident with all techniques, tones and textures
* Professionally presented, calm under pressure, and emotionally mature
* Reliable, consistent, focused – with a desire to master your craft
* Good in English (another language is a bonus)
* Looking for more than just a job – you're looking for alignment, clarity and care in your daily work
