Assistant Commercial Cost Specialist
- Support pricing, cost curves and cost data management
- Analyse data to track performance and identify trends
- Provide cost support to Quantity Surveyors and the wider team
- Help produce reports that inform decision-making

- Set and manage prices in line with commercial models
- Work closely with Estimators and QSs to ensure consistent pricing
- Develop and improve cost curves and reporting
- Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and efficiencies
- Support governance, monitoring and financial performance
You'll be influencing decisions and shaping how cost data is used across the programme.
Senior Commercial Cost Specialist
- Set direction for cost management across the programme
- Own cost data, cost curves and pricing governance
- Lead consistency, assurance and continuous improvement
- Provide expert insight on complex cost challenges
- Mentor and develop others while influencing senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Confidence working with data and turning insight into action
- Can communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
- Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience (Depending on Level)
- Experience in utilities, construction, engineering or infrastructure
- Strong cost modelling, pricing or cost curve experience
- Knowledge of governance, assurance or NEC contracts
- Leadership or mentoring experience (senior level)
