Team Manager – Premium Independent Wellness Club Maidstone Salary c£30k Great Bonus A stunning new independent wellness club is opening in Maidstone in June 2026, and we are recruiting a talented Team Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead our frontline teams. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the member experience from the moment we open. About the role This is a hands-on, people-focused position. You will oversee the reception, lounge, fitness and general service teams, ensuring a smooth operation across all departments. You’ll lead by example, support training and standards, and help create a warm, professional and service-led environment.
