Contract: 12 months fixed-term Hours : Part time (4 days a week) Location: On-site in Nottingham Closing Date: 26th August 2025 Recruiter: samantha.bramhall@boots.co.uk About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of multi-skilled Recruitment Marketing specialists in the Employer Brand and Attraction team as a Digital Specialist. Part of the HR function, this is a close-knit, passionate team, responsible for attracting great people to Boots and No7 Beauty Company through recruitment marketing campaigns and owned employer brand channels. The role of Digital Specialist will be key to helping us create a fantastic digital experience for candidates across our careers sites, digital marketing campaigns and social media, in addition to supporting the delivery of some exciting digital projects. This role reports to the Employer Brand & Attraction Manager. Key responsibilities Maintaining the Boots and No7 Beauty Company careers sites, including: making regular content updates via the CMS, logging any issues, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment and attraction objectives, and being the first point of contact for internal queries. Work with our third-party Application Support and internal IT teams to continuously improve the careers sites including: managing monthly site updates and platform upgrades, making suggestions for further improvements, raising and monitoring any issues. Partner with the Application Support team on SEO activity to ensure the site content is relevant, accessible and easily discoverable Work with the Employer Brand Manager to help co-ordinate and deliver digital employer brand projects Management of the No7 Beauty Company LinkedIn page, including: management of the content calendar, planning and sourcing content and scheduling posts. Develop a LinkedIn and social strategy to increase brand awareness and showcase our company culture and career opportunities.
