What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be:
* Making outbound sales calls to clients — new and existing — to promote Optimus Search as a trusted recruitment partner
* Attending client meetings and negotiating commercial terms
* Creating job adverts and engaging social content to attract top talent
* Actively headhunting candidates with niche skillsets
* Managing interview processes and delivering job offers
* Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
What We Offer
* A competitive base salary with uncapped commission
* £45,000 OTE in your first year, with top performers earning £230,000+
