The Role
You will manage your own client portfolio within a general practice environment, delivering high-quality accounting and tax compliance services while supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a client portfolio in a general practice setting
* Corporate and personal tax compliance work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting, coaching, and developing junior staff
* Ensuring work is delivered accurately and to deadline
About You
* ACCA / ICAS qualified (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience
* Strong background in general practice
* Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and VAT compliance
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
