Paint Sprayer required in Shoreham, West Sussex
1. Salary: £54,600 per annum (£21.00 per hour)
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
3. Saturday work: 1 in 2, depending on business needs
4. Bonus: Salary review following 6-month probation
5. Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
23. Prepare, prime, paint, and polish vehicles to an exceptionally high standard
24. Match paint colours accurately using manufacturer guidelines
25. Ensure timely and efficient completion of each paint job
26. Use appropriate RPE/PPE at all times
27. Work as part of a small team in a high-output environment
28. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working bay
29. Adhere to all company procedures and health & safety standards
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive paint spraying
30. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent)
31. ATA Accreditation preferred (not essential)
32. Confident in all aspects of preparation, masking, spraying and finishing
33. High attention to detail and pride in your work
34. Comfortable working to deadlines under pressure
35. A positive, team-orientated attitude
36. Full UK Driving Licence
