EQUANS is recruiting for a Plumber based in Oldham. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. The offered salary is £34,000 plus a van, fuel card, and benefits package.
General Overview
Carry out duties as a Plumber in accordance with statutory regulations, company policies, and procedures. Assist the team in producing quality work meeting contract requirements safely. Adhere to all SHEQ team, policy, and strategy requirements.
Be part of an on-call rota to cover out-of-hours breakdowns as needed.
Key Accountabilities
* Complete high-quality repair and maintenance works, providing excellent customer service daily.
* Perform plumbing and multi-skilled tasks to complete jobs in one visit.
* Adhere to EQUANS values, policies, and procedures.
* Work effectively with clients, customers, and stakeholders daily.
* Support the team in achieving KPIs proactively.
* Use personal communication and protection equipment responsibly, including company vehicle communication and tracking systems.
* Collaborate with all company teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Promote company aims and objectives; maintain a presentable appearance according to dress code.
* Complete required documentation and records accurately, including time monitoring for cost and salary calculations.
* Participate in relevant training and meetings as required.
