The Role:
Our client, a renowned mid-sized architecture studio recognised for their innovative and eco-conscious designs are seeking a PA/Receptionist to join their friendly team.
Within this role you’ll support the CEO and will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient running of the studio, while fostering a warm and inviting environment. This role is varied and places a strong focus on the PA support to one of the senior partners, therefore previous experience in a similar role where you have demonstrated strong organisational and administrative skills is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact for CEO and studio employees
* Provide PA support to senior partner
* Inbox management and answer phone calls on behalf of the senior partner
* Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries/booking meetings
* Take minutes during meetings
* Manage company contacts database
* Manage front-of-house duties, including calls, visitors, and deliveries
* Oversee meeting room reservations and setup
* Organise and order studio supplies
* Assist with organisation and coordination of studio events
* Ad hoc support tasks where needed
Key Skills:
* Previous demonstratable experience in a similar role ideally in the architecture/design/built environment
* Confident working independently and using one’s own initiative
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to act with confidentiality and discretion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities are essential
* Proactive, level-headed, and detail-oriented
* Positive and friendly with a can-do attitude
* Skilled in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
