Role: Legal PA / Executive Assistant (Employment Focussed) Salary: Up to £35,000 DOA Location: Glasgow, Hybrid Working Pattern We are currently working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA / Executive Assistant to join their busy Employment Law team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, highly organised legal professional who enjoys a varied role and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The firm offers a collaborative culture, ongoing development and genuine long-term progression prospects. The Employment Team are very well respected in the field. The Opportunity You will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Employment team, acting as a central point of contact for clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of files, billing and tribunal preparation. Key Responsibilities Legal & Administrative Support Digital dictation High-quality typing, document production and electronic file management Meeting and greeting clients, providing a professional first point of contact Employment Tribunal & Document Preparation Collating, preparing and managing Employment Tribunal bundles Document compilation, pagination and editing Diary & Team Support Diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging appointments Providing proactive support to improve workflow and team efficiency Client Interaction & Onboarding Handling incoming calls from existing and prospective clients in a professional and confident manner Converting enquiries into instructions, including discussing and explaining fee structures Managing client onboarding via an online compliance system, ensuring AML and conflict checks are completed accurately Billing & Compliance Preparing fees and assisting with monthly billing processes Supporting fee earners with work in progress and aged debt management About You Previous experience as a Legal Executive, Legal Secretary or Legal Office Assistant, preferably within Employment Law Strong client care skills with an excellent telephone manner Confident discussing fees and converting initial enquiries into instructions Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities Proficient in legal case management systems Proactive, adaptable and keen to contribute to process improvements A collaborative team player who works well under pressure Whats On Offer Supportive and inclusive working environment Hybrid / flexible working options (role-dependent) Competitive salary and benefits package If this role could be of interest, please send your CV via the Apply Now option to be considered for the position.
