What You’ll Do
* Drive proactive outbound prospecting across HR, Talent, Leadership, and ED&I markets.
* Build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline from scratch.
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow‑up and close.
* Win individual seats, group bookings and corporate cohorts.
* Host online programme overviews and taster sessions.
* Achieve weekly seat targets (discussed at interview).
* Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (L&D, HR tech, SaaS or professional services ideal).
* Strong track record of hunting and winning new business.
* Confident selling to HR Directors, Talent Leads and senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable making outbound calls daily and generating pipeline independently.
* Skilled at running compelling virtual demos and programme overviews.
* Commercially sharp, proactive and persistent.
* Ambitious, confident and motivated by high earnings.
What You’ll Earn
* Base salary: £50,000 per annum.
* OTE: £100,000+ (uncapped).
* Commission: Paid per seat sold on each programme, with weekly targets.
