The Role:
This is a hands-on Recruitment Consultant role with responsibility for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with clients and candidates, manage live vacancies, build your pipeline and contribute directly to revenue generation.
This role would suit someone who is proactive, commercially minded, organised and comfortable working in a smaller team environment where accountability and consistency matter. This role would suit someone who prefers being part of a small business rather than a large corporate environment. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, take ownership of your desk and be recognised for the value you bring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief through to placement
* Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
* Win new business through proactive outreach and business development
* Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on the recruitment process
* Source, screen and interview candidates for live vacancies
* Write and advertise vacancies clearly and effectively
* Arrange interviews and manage feedback throughout the process
* Negotiate offers and support candidates and clients through to completion
* Keep records, activity and candidate/client communication up to date in the CRM
* Deliver a high standard of service and communication at every stage
* Work closely with the wider team to support delivery and maintain standards
What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience in recruitment, sales or a target-driven environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in winning business and developing client relationships
* Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work well in a small team where people need to be dependable and hands-on
* Professional, credible and trustworthy in the way you deal with people
* Full UK driving licence preferred
