Domestic Considerations, RSDs: The post offers a high attendance level and hybrid working days when appropriate, with the opportunity to work upwards of 48 days per year. Working pattern can involve week days and weekends during modular and consolidated courses. Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development. Career management of all personnel under their command. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary, welfare or remedial action to OC. Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all personnel under command. Oversees / contributes to the timely production of comprehensive and accurate recruit report books and MS duties. To supervise and administer exercises, ranges and DCCT; and produce the requisite associated documentation.
