Food and Beverage Supervisor - hotel
We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the hotels Food and Beverage management team at this luxury hotel in Windsor. As Food and Beverage supervisor you'll be providing excellent levels of service and a good knowledge of food and drink to the hotels guests in the Restaurant/Bar and Banqueting departments.

The Place

The Person
The ideal Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor will have the following:
A minimum of 2 year's experience as Food and Beverage Supervisor or higher in a quality 4 * hotels
Operational experience in all Food and Beverage departments including Events & Weddings with a good knowledge of wines & spirits and a passion for fresh, quality food.
Financial awareness with an understanding of Food & Beverage revenue streams & controls, including POS.
Self-motivation and able to motivate others to achieve.
The drive and ability to implement standard, policies and procedures and to ensure they are adhered to.
A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation.
