Bydd y Rheolwr Corfforaethol yn chwarae rhan ganolog wrth gefnogi'r Prif Weithredwr a'r Tîm Rheoli i gyflawni cenhadaeth, nodau ac amcanion GISDA. Gan weithredu fel dirprwy allweddol i'r Prif Weithredwr, mae'r rôl hon yn cyfuno dyletswyddau gweinyddol lefel uchel, cynllunio strategol, gweithrediadau, cyfathrebu ac ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid. Bydd y rôl hon yn sicrhau bod GISDA yn gweithredu'n drefnus, yn cyfathrebu yn dda, yn edrych ymlaen i'r dyfodol yn hyderus ac yn ymatebol i leisiau pobl ifanc, partneriaid a'r gymuned ehangach.

CYMORTH GWEITHREDOL A LLYWODRAETHU

* Dirprwyo dros y Prif Weithredwr ac aelodau'r Tîm Rheoli mewn cyfarfodydd mewnol ac allanol
* Rheoli a gweinyddu calendr ac e-byst y Prif Weithredwr, gan flaenoriaethu'n effeithiol.
* Paratoi agendâu, casglu papurau a chadw cofnodion cywir o gyfarfodydd allweddol
* Cynnal ymchwil a pharatoi briffiau i lywio penderfyniadau'r Prif Weithredwr a'r Bwrdd
* Cydlynu a pharatoi deunyddiau ar gyfer cyfarfodydd y Bwrdd gan gynnwys adroddiadau a diweddariadau strategol.

STRATEGAETH A CHYNLLUNIO BUSNES

* Gweithio gyda'r Prif Weithredwr, Tîm Rheoli a rhanddeiliaid i lunio a chyflawni themâu a blaenoriaethau strategol GISDA.
* Cefnogi datblygiad cynllun busnes GISDA a monitro cynnydd yn erbyn amcanion
* Sicrhau bod strategaethau sefydliadol yn cyd-fynd â blaenoriaethau rhanbarthol a chenedlaethol
* Cydlynu diweddariadau ac adroddiadau ar themâu a blaenoriaethau strategol GISDA

CYFATHREBU A MARCHNATA

* Cymryd rhan flaenllaw yn strategaeth gyfathrebu a marchnata GISDA.
* Datblygu a hyrwyddo negeseuon sefydliadol allweddol ar draws pob platfform
* Gweithio gyda'r Cydlynydd Marchnata i sicrhau cysondeb a dylanwad brand GISDA
* Arwain ar brosiect 'Llais' GISDA gan sicrhau bod barn a lleisiau pobl ifanc yn ganolog i weithrediadau

CODI ARIAN A DATBLYGU

* Goruchwylio a chynnal basdata grantiau a thendrau GISDA
* Cefnogi datblygiad ceisiadau grantiau a thendrau mewn cydweithrediad â'r Tîm Rheoli a rheolwyr eraill
* Cydlynu ac arwain ar rhai grantiau lle nad oes staff ar eu cyfer e.e. prosiect TAITH
* Paratoi adroddiadau monitro ar gyfer cyllidwyr a phartneriaid
* Gweithio gyda'r Tîm Rheoli i gwmpasu, datblygu, cynllunio a lansio prosiectau a gwasanaethau newydd

PARTNERIAETHAU A CHYNRYCHIOLAETH

* Cynrychioli GISDA mewn fforymau, digwyddiadau a chyfleoedd rhwydweithio
* Meithrin a chryfhau perthnasoedd â rhanddeiliaid allweddol a sefydliadau partner
* Nodi cyfleoedd newydd ar gyfer cydweithio a dylanwadu o fewn y sector

The Corporate Manager will play a central role in supporting the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver GISDA's mission, aims and objectives. Acting as a key deputy to the Chief Executive this role combines high-level administrtrative duties, strategic planning, operations, communications and stakeholder engagement. This role will ensure that GISDA is well-organised, communicating well, forward looking and responsive to the voices of young people, partners and the wider community.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT AND GOVERNANCE

* Deputise for the CEO and members of the SMT at internal and external meetings
* Manage and administrate the CEO's calendar and emails, prioritising effectively.
* Prepare agendas, collate papers and keep accurate minutes/records of key meetings
* Conduct research and prepare briefings to inform CEO and Board decisions
* Coordinate and prepare materials for Board meetings including reports and strategic updates

STRATEGY AND BUSINESS PLANNING

* Work with the CEO, SMT and stakeholders to shape and deliver GISDA's strategic themes and priorities.
* Support the development of GISDA's business plan and monitor progress against objectives
* Ensure organisational strategies are aligned with regional and national priorities
* Coordinate updates and reports on GISDA's strategic themes and priorities

COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

* Take a leading role in GISDA's communications and marketing strategy.
* Develop and promote key organisational messages across all platforms
* Work with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure brand consistency and impact
* Lead on GISDA's 'Voice' project ensuring that young people's views and voices are central to operations

FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT

* Oversee and maintain GISDA's grants and tenders database.
* Coordinate and lead on some grants where there is no staff for them e.g. the TAITH project
* Support the development of grant and tender applications in collaboration with the SMT and other managers
* Prepare monitoring reports for funders and partners
* Work with the SMT to scope, develop, plan and launch new projects and services

PARTNERSHIPS AND REPRESENTATION

Represent GISDA at forums, events and networking opportunities

Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations

Identify new opportunities for collaboration and influence within the sector

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £35,189.00 per year
