About You
You’ll be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of BIM professionals working together to deliver high-quality output on projects. Client care and repeat business are crucial to BakerHicks' success, so you’ll need to develop and nurture relationships with our clients (both internal and external).
Responsibilities
1. Ensure team compliance with company quality management, industry standards, and best practices.
2. Mentor BIM Information Managers and BIM Graduates.
3. Facilitate delivery of federated 3D models, hosted and linked BIM data including COBie.
4. Contribute to the development and mentoring of early careers and improve departmental capabilities.
5. Manage BIM involvement in small to medium projects, including time, cost, quality, and client relationship management.
6. Champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects.
Desirable Qualifications
* Membership of RIBA/ARB/ICE/IStructE/CIBSE/IChemE/CIAT.
* Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects in sectors BakerHicks operates in.
* Experience managing small teams from Apprentices and Graduates to BIM Coordinators and Technicians.
