An established and growing consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver high-quality schemes. This role will see you manage projects from pre-construction through to handover, with autonomy and full client exposure.
The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead the project team, coordinate with all stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of every phase.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning and delivery across the full project lifecycle
* Develop project timelines, budgets and risk strategies
* Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers
* Oversee H&S, regulatory compliance and quality standards
* Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress
* Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder communication
* Manage client expectations and handle change requests effectively
What We’re Looking For:
* Consultancy-side Project Management experience is essential
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
* Construction-related degree
* RICS or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essential

* Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
