Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including: commercial contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT-related litigation, and restrictive covenant claims.
* Handle matters from pre-action advice through to High Court/Court of Appeal proceedings.
* Collaborate with Partners on high-value, business-critical disputes.
* Mentor and support junior team members.
* Actively contribute to firm-wide initiatives and a thriving team culture.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
* Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise.
* A client-focused, solution-oriented mindset – balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
