Success in this role requires not only strong commercial acumen but also the ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of our platform and product suite. You will be confident working with technology, able to translate client requirements into solutions, and maintain a high level of product knowledge as our offering evolves.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their event technology strategy
* Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions using the CrowdComms platform and product suite
* Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Manage the full commercial lifecycle from initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation, and close
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and client activity tracking within Salesforce
* Develop a strong technical understanding of CrowdComms products, staying up to date with new features and capabilities
* Confidently present platform solutions and guide clients through product capabilities and best practice use cases
* Analyse client data, campaign performance, and market trends to inform recommendations and strategic planning
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure successful client outcomes
* Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge, best practice, and contributing to a positive team culture
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in B2B account management or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
* Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn and confidently present software solutions
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
* Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach
