Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this is a pivotal position responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring robust reporting and controls, and supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Lead group reporting, including monthly management accounts and consolidations Oversee cashflow management, forecasting, and balance sheet integrity Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance Manage and develop the finance team across core functions Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and month-end timelines Support systems, automation, and integration of new business units The Person Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role Background in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment Strong technical knowledge across reporting, controls, and compliance Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Commercially focused with the ability to operate at pace Why Apply?
