Trust & Safety Representative (£13/hr)As a Trust & Safety Advisor, you will play a vital role in verifying the safety and authenticity of experiences listed on our platform. Your responsibilities include performing validation checks, reviewing supplier and customer information, and identifying potential risks. While this is not primarily a customer service role, occasional phone and email interactions with customers will be required.What to know:Flexible Hybrid Setup: In-office work required 1 weekend out of 2£13 per hour payResponsibilities:Perform validation checks to confirm suppliers and experiences comply with safety and legitimacy standardsInvestigate suppliers and bookings using provided customer information and internal toolsAnalyze data to assess risks and make sound, evidence-based decisionsEffectively communicate findings to customers and suppliers via clear, concise phone and email correspondenceResolve validation-related issues and provide constructive feedback to customersDetect fraudulent activity or account misuse and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risksQualifications:Previous experience in research-based roles or customer service is desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word)Comfortable working on a PC with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or toolsExperience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, or trust and safety roles is a plusExposure to account verification, validation processes, or risk management is preferredFluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Italian) is beneficial but not required There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
