The role is based in our London BridgeStudio and the hours of work at 9am to 6pm Monday toFriday.
Responsibilities
PA Support:
o Provide onetoonesupport to London MD London CD and Head of Strategy managingappointments timesheets and expenses.
OfficeOperations:
o PhoneReception: Ensure external callers phone calls areanswered.
o Ensure smooth office operations inLondon. Including managing supplies addressing buildingrelatedissues and overseeing cleanliness. Undertake physical tasks asrequired such as moving equipment and tidyingup.
o Event Management: Manage budgets andlogistics of adhoc events and team building activities.
o Administrative Tasks: Execute administrativeduties such as running errand and liaising with internalfunctions.
o Project Assistance: Assist theManaging Director with Ad hoc project work coordinating withclients providers and suppliers.
o Compliance andH&S: Oversee office security enforce policies and managehealth and safety assessments in the London Studio and for adhocevents.
Social MediaImplement social mediastrategies
o Managecontent (images videos and written) across our socialschannels
o Monitor and report social mediaperformance
o Stay uptodate with industry trendsand platform updates
o Respond to commentsmessages and mentions on social mediaregularly
o Collaborate with the team to createsocial media campaigns
o Plan and execute paidsocial media campaigns
o Implement and maintainsocial media contentcalendar/posting
Experience/SkillsNecessary
o Strongproject management skills including the ability to multitask andmeet deadlines.
o Excellentorganisational and communication skills are amust
o Proficiency inproject management software and creative tools (e.g. Keynote AdobeCreative SuiteExcel).
o Attention todetail and a commitment todelivering
