Salary: Up to £40,000
Working Pattern: 4-day work week, Mon to Thurs, (2 days in the office)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Brand & Campaigns Executive to help strengthen our presence, shape our voice, and create impactful campaigns.
This role is for someone who loves variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands the power of marketing to drive growth and reputation. You’ll be hands-on, creative, and strategic, playing a key role in positioning ourselves and engaging with the world.
The Role:
1. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, and offline) that engage, inform, and convert.
2. Use HubSpot to create workflows, segment audiences, and support lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the funnel.
3. Coordinate and manage events and trade shows, overseeing logistics, campaign support, and lead follow-up.
4. Ensure campaigns reflect our brand and values across all platforms and sectors.
5. Work with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals and customer needs.
6. Utilize insights from HubSpot and GA4 to measure performance and improve campaigns.
What You'll Need To Have:
1. Previous experience in B2B marketing roles, with experience planning and delivering campaigns (email, digital, paid channels).
2. Hands-on familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
3. A strong sense of brand, messaging, and visual consistency.
4. Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
5. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
6. A good understanding of how marketing contributes to commercial success.
