The Royal Mint Experience are looking for Tourguides to join their team to work part time hours. Hours vary: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and school holidays (with the first tour at 9 am and the last at 8 pm), and 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm on weekdays (with the first tour at 3 pm and the last at 8 pm). Description Stafforce are looking to employ a number of Tour Guides to work a minimum of 6 hours per week. You will be required to be flexible and be able to work between Monday - Sunday including evenings on a rota based system. Key Accountabilities: · Embrace the idea of 'the team' and actively work to ensure the success of the attraction. A conscientious attitude, ability to follow the script given and be open to receiving feedback from the management team. · Ensure you are always punctual ready to start working at the time your shift starts. · Ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained throughout the attraction at all times. · Be courteous and professional to guests at all times. · Observe and report to the General/Duty Manager immediately any incidents which may affect the presentation, other employees or guests of the visitor attraction.
