Were seeking an ambitious and commercially sharp Business Development Executive to join their growing team. About the Role This position is designed as a springboard into a long-term career within the commercial lending space. Youll gain hands-on exposure to business development, relationship management, and deal execution. No prior industry experience is required, just the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn. Youll work closely with senior originators to manage client enquiries, support live deals, and help maintain key relationships across the broker and lending community. Over time, youll develop your own client portfolio, supported by structured training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Handle new loan enquiries and support onboarding of clients and introducers Manage inbound sales leads and act as a first point of contact for borrowers and brokers Draft credit reports for new loan applications and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression Support marketing and social media activity to help grow brand awareness Attend industry events, broker meetings, and client site visits Assist with due diligence, compliance, and tracking of live deals What Were Looking For A confident communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction and relationship-building Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised A genuine interest in property, finance, or business development Degree-level education preferred but not essential Experience in sales, customer service, or financial services advantageous but not required Why Apply?
