We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead and develop a Key Account Management team while managing a portfolio of strategic B2B clients. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, while delivering against annual sales targets and supporting wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Own strategic relationships with key B2B clients, acting as the main point of contact
* Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and identify upsell opportunities
* Deliver against annual sales budgets and contribute to overall business profitability
* Monitor pipeline activity, CRM accuracy, and forecast performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Provide regular performance insights, reports, and forecasts to senior leadership
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing sales or account management teams
* Strong background in strategic B2B account management, ideally with large or complex clients
* Results-driven with a consultative, solution-focused sales approach
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing teams
* Confident working cross-functionally and independently
