We are currently recruiting for a Care & Support Worker to join our team at Caremark.

What does the role involve?
* Personal Care – Supporting customers with their care needs in line with their individual care plan, including assistance with dressing, toileting, bathing, shaving, skin, hair, foot care, and dental hygiene.
* Daily Living – Assisting with medication, meal preparation, eating, drinking, mobility, laundry, tidying, and cooking to help customers live independently.
* Community – Accompanying customers to access community activities, shopping, leisure, medical appointments, and liaising with healthcare professionals.
* Companionship – Building professional relationships, supporting emotional, social, and spiritual needs, and encouraging independence and choice.
You will also support the Field Care Supervisor in implementing quality control systems, supervising and mentoring Care & Support Workers, monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring documentation accuracy, and promoting professional development.
Candidate Requirements
* Ideally NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
* At least 1 year experience in domiciliary/home care
* Organized, detail-oriented, flexible
* Team player and personable
Here’s what we can offer you:
* Pay rates between £12.00ph and £16.00ph weekdays and from £12.50ph – £18.00ph weekends
* 1.5x weekday pay on bank holidays
