Duration - 5 months
Primary Responsibilities:
• Escort multiple candidates daily for onsite interviews
• Coordinate and execute all aspects of the candidate's onsite interview experience
• Greet candidates professionally in the lobby and establish a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare and verify interview rooms, including picking up technical equipment, setup and testing
• Monitor candidate well-being throughout the interview process
• Facilitate smooth transitions between interview sessions
• Escort candidates through the building, including final departure
• Acting as "day-of" POC for any candidate emergencies
Secondary Responsibilities (when not conducting in-person escorts):
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews
• Manage interview calendar logistics across multiple time zones
• Communicate with candidates and interview panels regarding scheduling
• Send interview confirmations and preparation materials
• Handle interview schedule changes and cancellations
• Support recruitment operations as needed
