Location: Manchester (Hybrid) - Commutable from Oldham, Ashton, Tameside, Stockport & Stalybridge
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of divorce, finance, and children law matters. The ideal candidate will be a Children Panel Solicitor (minimum 5 years’ panel membership) with strong advocacy experience, as this role will require frequent court attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a broad caseload of family matters, including divorce and financial proceedings.
* Acting for clients in complex children law matters, both public and private.
* Representing clients in court, with a high level of autonomy.
* Providing clear, compassionate, and commercially sound advice to clients.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in family law.
* Children Panel Accreditation with 5+ years’ experience.
* Strong advocacy skills and confidence in court.
* A proven track record in both public and private family work.
* Ability to manage caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
