The Role: Handle incoming reactive maintenance requests, ensuring issues are logged and escalated quickly. Plan and schedule engineer diaries, allocating the right resources to meet customer needs. Keep customers updated, providing clear and professional communication. Work in real-time to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing situations. What We're Looking For: Experience in a customer service, call centre, or planning/scheduling role. Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to juggle priorities.
