Purely Diamonds is an award-winning, family-run diamond jewellery company based a stone's throw from Hatton Garden. From our private Ely Place showroom and in-house London workshop, we create handcrafted engagement rings and fine jewellery for clients across the UK and beyond.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and personable Sales Consultant & Customer Care Specialist to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about diamonds, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a brand where quality, expertise and genuine care define everything we do.
The Role
Working from our appointment-led showroom, you will guide clients through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. From initial consultation to aftercare, you will deliver an exceptional, highly personal experience that reflects the standards Purely Diamonds is known for.
As a small, collaborative team, you will also play an important role behind the scenes, supporting customer communications, administration and ongoing client relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Hosting showroom appointments and delivering tailored consultations
2. Advising clients on diamonds, designs and bespoke options
3. Supporting customers throughout their journey from enquiry to delivery
4. Providing outstanding aftercare and follow-up communication
5. Assisting with day-to-day showroom and administrative tasks, including telephone, email and digital enquiries
6. Working closely with our in-house workshop and wider team
What Were Looking For
Essential
7. Minimum 1 year of diamond jewellery sales experience
8. Strong knowledge of diamonds and fine jewellery
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
10. A warm, professional and client-focused approach
Desirable
11. Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
12. Experience with bespoke or made-to-order pieces

Role Details
Location
Ely Place, Hatton Garden, London EC1
Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday (5 days per week)
16. Weekdays: 9:30am 6:00pm
17. Saturdays: 9:30am 5:30pm
Salary
£25,000 £35,000 per year (dependent on experience)
