The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for a Head of Enterprise - Programme Management Office (EPMO) to support and enhance our project delivery team. What will you be doing as our new Head of Enterprise - Programme Management Office (EPMO) This role leads the establishment and delivery of the EPMO and has an ultimate purpose to maximise business value delivered by Change Portfolios and Projects. To achieve this purpose, your role will be responsible for building, sustaining and innovating a set of PMO and Portfolio Services at different levels of the PMO hierarchy and according to the needs and appetite of the business. You will manage the day to day running of the budget, governance, and controls of the Business Investment Stream as well as the Strategic Prioritisation, Planning and Portfolio Management of the Stream and Specified Change Portfolios at both short (Monthly/Quarterly) and medium term (annual/AMP) cycles. You will also facilitate Enterprise and Enabling Business functions in the build ing of cohesive change strategies and roadmaps in line with organisational goals. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain awareness and knowledge of PMO Services across the change function Develop consistency and best practice in Portfolio Management and PMO across Change Portfolios Regularly work alongside Change stakeholders to review and prioritise EPMO services and the service maturity required. Provide a framework for performance monitoring of in-flight initiatives to increase the effectiveness of P3 (Product, Project, Programme, Portfolio) delivery and benefits realisation by identifying points of risk relating to benefits attainment and Portfolio health. Maintain an effective Governance Framework for the Business Stream including robust financial controls and baseline performance measures. Support Enterprise and Enabling Functions Leaders in building clear Strategies and Roadmaps aligned to Corporate Goals through a standard framework. Build a cross functional team of passionate, trusted, and respected PMO employees Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.
