More information is available on our Career site at www.fife.gov.uk/jobs/supportingstatement Job Description Caretaker/Receptionists required permanent part time position available based at Bankhead Central, Glenrothes which is a busy office/ depot complex. With a salary of £23,783.40 to £24,890.91 pro rata. Receptionist / Caretaker – covering overnight shifts - 22 .5 hours per week – working Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 10:00pm to 6:00am on a 52-week contract. Enhancements are paid for hours worked between 8:00pm to 7:00am You will earn a competitive salary and have access to a range of benefits, including: • £12.67 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends. • Access to and support with a training opportunities and qualifications for the job. • Membership of Fife Pension Fund which is part of the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS Scotland) • Generous Holiday Allowance. • Pay is 4 weekly. • Local and national discounts including supermarkets, restaurants, and retail! The Person Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent. Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework). Experience of resolving telephone enquiries. Communication skills. Team working skills (work together). You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
