Salary: £36,000-£41,000
Role Overview:
Join our client's dynamic team to enhance the lives of those using our services. You will lead and manage homelessness and mental health support services, including a mental health helpline, crisis house, and out-of-hours homelessness provision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure trauma-informed, customer-centered service delivery.
* Address and learn from complaints promptly.
* Foster equality, diversity, and individual rights.
* Maintain strategic relationships with partners and funders.
* Manage housing services, including property maintenance and tenant support.
* Lead, develop, and support a diverse staff team.
* Ensure compliance with operational policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience managing services and teams in a housing or support setting.
* Strong partnership and networking skills.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and administrative skills.
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and trauma-informed care.
* Flexibility to work various hours and travel between sites.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
