Temporary to permanent contract after 12 weeks probation, starting on £14.25ph-£22.09ph. 4on4off rota working 12-hour shifts 7pm-7am. Immediate Start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As a transport administrator you will be:
1. Briefing and debriefing drivers
2. Being the first point of contact for all drivers, ensuring all queries are fed back to.
3. Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance.
4. Operational excellence i.e. cost, service including Peak planning & delivery.
5. Provide the highest level of customer care, finding resolutions and the escalation of live issues.
6. The monitoring of all routes ensuring routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate.
7. Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.

9. Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.

11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
