Unqualified Salary: Starting at £24,604.58, with potential earnings up to £32,348.58 including sleep-in shifts.
Qualified Salary: Starting at £27,107.08, with potential earnings up to £34,851.08 including sleep-in shifts.

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Bournemouth. Here, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values your individuality. Our staff receive specialized training in Developmental Trauma and therapeutic parenting, equipping you to provide the best possible support to our young people.
Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Support children and young people, understanding the unique challenges they face.
* Work flexible hours, including sleep-ins, to provide consistent care.
* Promote the welfare and safety of our young residents.
* Build trusting relationships with the young people in your care.
* Collaborate effectively with your team, accepting guidance and direction.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly in care settings.
* A willingness to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus.
