Pertemps is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to address enquiries.
Assist in preparing sales quotations
Processing of sales orders
Follow up with clients
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and strong IT skills.
Excellent customer service skills with clear and professional communication abilities.
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3pm
Pay is £12.82 per hour
