* You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

Role Details
This role focuses on making samples for chocolate products with 90% practical work and 10% reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Pilot Plant Operations: Understanding equipment setup and Clean-in-Place (CIP).
* Culinary Art Experience: Hands-on sample creation; experience in pastry or chocolate applications is highly preferred.
* Ingredient & Formulation Knowledge: Understanding ingredient science, product formulations, and production stages in food manufacturing.
* Chocolate Handling Expertise: Proficiency in preparing and handling chocolate samples, including temper and viscosity for consistent results.
* Trial Execution & Data Integrity: Plan, prepare and execute detailed experimental protocols; record observations, data, and measurements with thorough documentation.
* Quality & Food Safety Standards: Adhere to GMPs and relevant food safety regulations; conduct basic chocolate quality control tests and report deviations.
* Collaborative Team Environment: Work with R&D scientists, engineers, and technicians; communicate observations, results, and challenges to support the team.
* Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: Maintain precision in measurements and process execution; address operational issues and adapt to trial parameter changes.
* Safety First: Maintain a safe working environment; use appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.

Education & Schedule
Education/Certifications: A levels or equivalent.
Work Schedule: Standard working hours (Mon-Fri). This position requires 100% presence in the office.
