About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Development Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Medical Development Team, empowering the delivery of the Medical Development agenda across TEWV.
Key responsibilities
* Produce a variety of communications to colleagues, stakeholders and others, e.g. emails, reports and spreadsheets.
* Minute‑taking as directed.
* Data entry onto information systems.
* Manage and distribute incoming post and emails.
* Assist colleagues with the preparation of documents for meetings and events.
* Undertake data/evidence gathering, e.g. evaluations and feedback.
* Provide a friendly, professional and customer‑focused service to all stakeholders.
* Respond to all general enquiries in a professional and timely manner, in accordance with instruction and procedures.
* Direct difficult or complex enquiries to the appropriate member of staff.
* Submit invoices for payment using the relevant systems.
Required skills and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
