What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development & Client Growth
* Win new business across the Hardware & Engineering market in the UK & Europe
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and engineering leaders
* Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed terms and repeat business
* Negotiate fees, rates, and retained search agreements
* Develop deep insight into client technologies and hiring strategies
Delivery & Candidate Management
* Source and engage high-calibre engineering talent
* Conduct in-depth candidate assessments (technical and cultural fit)
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
* Interview preparation & feedback
* Offer negotiation & counter-offer management
* Deliver consistently against high-value roles
Leadership & Growth
* Build, scale, and lead your own profit centre
* Support the development of junior consultants (as you grow your team)
* Establish yourself as a market expert within Hardware & Electronics
Your Market - You’ll recruit across a wide range of technical roles, including:
* Hardware and Electronics Engineers
* FPGA Engineers
* RF Design & RF Systems Engineers
* PCB Design
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in 360 recruitment (Hardware, Electronics, or Engineering preferred)
* Strong track record of winning new business and generating revenue
* Ability to credibly engage with technical stakeholders
* Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
* Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Leadership or team management experience (highly desirable)
