You\'ll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and make each dish to spec.
Responsibilities
 * Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring daily prep and that each dish is prepared to specification.
 * Be an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in their career.
 * Demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills with fresh ingredients (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
 * Communicate well and be a team player.
 * Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision.
 * Apply best practice regarding allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety.
