We have an exciting new vacancy for a Golf Sales Manager to join our team at our central office, BH House, located on Trafford Park. BH House is home to several key departments including Reservations, Marketing, Human Resources, and Legal, and is ideally situated close to Parkway Tram Stop and the M60 for easy commuting.
The Golf Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the overall golf sales strategy across our golf portfolio, overseeing the Golf Sales Ambassadors and ensuring the successful generation, conversion, and delivery of all golf-related business including corporate golf days, society bookings, sponsorship events, tournaments, and residential golf packages.

Your main duties would include:
Leading and managing the Golf Sales Ambassadors while delivering a strategic golf sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Driving new business across corporate, society, and sponsorship markets while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Managing key accounts and converting enquiries through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Creating and promoting innovative golf packages, events, and commercial opportunities.
Monitoring performance including conversion rates, revenue, and spend, while driving upselling opportunities across the business.
Working closely with operational, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful golf events.
Producing performance reports, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting overall commercial growth.
A strong background in sales leadership, commercial awareness, and relationship management is essential. Experience within golf, hospitality, or event sales is highly desirable.
