We are recruiting for an outstanding manager to work with a well-renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

The Role
This role involves the day-to-day running of the facilities, inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, providing excellent customer service, and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities include managing budgets, KPIs, P&L, and driving club performance. A strong focus on standards and service levels is essential.
The Person
We seek an experienced manager who has managed their own department or club, with a solid understanding of service levels necessary for success.
Ideally, you have worked in high-end club management and possess a passion for it. You should be a strong leader and motivator, capable of inspiring your team and willing to get hands-on when needed.
Sales experience is a plus. Suitable backgrounds include club management, fitness management, and operations management within high-end facilities.
