We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Customer Engagement Strategy & Execution (CESE) to join our growing Life Sciences and Healthcare Consulting team, based in London (hybrid).
As a Senior Consultant, you will manage and deliver digital healthcare communication and engagement projects for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and impactful project delivery that supports our clients’ commercial and customer engagement objectives.
This role sits within the CESE practice, which helps life sciences organisations transform how they engage with healthcare professionals and patients through data-driven, and customer-focused strategies.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
1. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, communications, or a related discipline (master’s degree preferred).
2. 7 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare communications, or life sciences consulting sectors.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
