Basingstoke – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
£60,000 + up to 20% bonus

About the Job
This is a key finance leadership role responsible for managing divisional financial reporting, payroll cost analysis, and expense oversight. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Finance Manager will deliver accurate reporting, support planning processes, and uphold strong financial controls.
Duties will include:
1. Leading the preparation and review of divisional P&L and balance sheet reporting
2. Coordinating timely processing of cost allocations across the group
3. Presenting monthly performance updates to senior finance leaders
4. Managing forecasting and budgeting cycles
5. Overseeing payroll analysis, including bonus accruals and scenario modelling
6. Maintaining payroll journals, reconciliations, and third-party liaison
7. Implementing and managing travel and expense systems and credit card reconciliations
8. Supporting group reporting and mentoring junior team members
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least three years' post-qualification experience, ideally in technology distribution. You’ll combine strong technical accounting skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to communicate clearly. Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.
