Role Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site role based in our London office. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of daily tasks, including managing administrative duties, providing executive assistance, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records and filing systems. The role requires exceptional multitasking and communication skills to support the efficient operation of our dynamic workspace.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office systems
* Proficiency in supporting executive-level staff through Executive Administrative Assistance and calendar management
* Excellent Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
* Abilities to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role is preferred
