What You’ll Need: BEMS Engineering Expertise – Hands-on experience with Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure (or other legacy systems). Field Service Experience – A background in customer-facing roles, with a focus on technical support, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Independent Working Skills – Ability to manage your workload effectively and work autonomously. Customer-Focused Approach – A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction. Flexibility & Adaptability – Willingness to problem-solve, support colleagues, and adapt to evolving industry needs. Tech-Savvy Mindset – Passionate about innovation, automation, and smart building technology. Full UK Driving Licence – Required for field-based responsibilities. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering top-tier BEMS support & commissioning – Ensuring high performance and energy efficiency for client systems. Taking ownership of customer relationships – Meeting or exceeding contractual service levels. Providing expert technical guidance – Troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and optimising system performance. Identifying opportunities for energy savings & system upgrades – Proactively recommending improvements. Collaborating with internal teams – Working closely with account managers and support teams to enhance service delivery. Producing clear and detailed reports – Communicating findings and solutions effectively. Participating in call-out rotations – Providing critical support when needed.
