General Manager In Training – Caerphilly
As a General Manager in Training you will receive a 12‑week training programme to develop you into a fully‑responsible General Manager, learning how to successfully run and manage a Tenpin centre. You will travel around the region, gaining experience from our different sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and apply best practices for the day‑to‑day running of a bowling centre.
* Lead and manage the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Ensure operational standards, profitability and safety compliance.
* Travel to various sites as part of the training programme.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in hospitality or leisure industry.
* Full of determination, enthusiasm and patience.
* Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change.
* Ability to drive and access your own vehicle.
